Operating on locals markets, today Detour en Provence, which became “The Byron Bay Olive Company” produces some of the best marinated olives, homemade Tapenade or other Mediterranean products like marinated Feta or sun dried tomatoes, with an authentic taste comparable to one you could only find in the south of France. The Byron Bay Olives Company is an Australian olive company. Here you will find all the different marinades and products that we make. The reason why our olives are so popular is because our olives are unic with a special taste and lots of spices. We always try to use local products but we use provencal herbs to give you the traditional french flavour. Have a look at all our types of marinades and find the one that you like the most. Australian cuisine is changing, that’s why we are introducing new flavors and ingredients. Cricketers Arms is a craft beer brand founded on the dreams of two men, a charismatic publican and a passionate brewer. Inspired by the spirit of the sportsman’s handshake and the tradition of sharing a post-match beer, the range is batch-brewed to be enjoyed in good company by those who enjoy a great tasting and easy drinking beer.
The Cricketers Arms range has seen unprecedented growth since its re-launch in 2014 and now has five great brews under its banner; Keepers Lager, Spearhead Pale Ale, Scorcher Summer Ale, Journeyman’s Mid-Strength and Captains IPA. Proudly brewed in Melbourne – enjoyed everywhere! Well played.

Robert Oatley Vineyards is the reincarnation of the Oatley family winemaking dynasty.
Wine is ‘in the blood’ of founder Bob Oatley and his eldest son Sandy, leaders of the family business founded upon a four decade passion for grape growing, wine making and marketing – the combination of which has seen the Oatley family rise to the top of the Australian winemaking scene.
STONE AND WOOD
Born and raised in Byron Bay, we take a fresh approach to brewing handcrafted beer in the Northern Rivers of NSW, one of the greatest places on Earth.
We established Stone & Wood Brewing Company in 2008. The three boys – Brad, Jamie and Ross had spent many years working in the beer business. The dream was to quit ‘working for the man’, shed the corporate garbage and get back to basics.
As the original brewers of the Northern Rivers, we built our first brewery here at the eastern tip of Australia, in a part of the world where people enjoy having a beer when relaxing after catching a wave, catching a band at the pub or just catching up with friends. It’s that sort of place.
We brew beer for times like these. Beers that the locals, those passing through the town and the growing number of drinkers who appreciate good beer, and of course ourselves, would find simply good to drink.
SEVEN HILL, CLARE VALLEY
At Sevenhill Cellars, the first winery established in South Australia’s Clare Valley, you can enjoy distinctive, estate-grown wines and experience our notable heritage and spiritual character.
Sevenhill was settled by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in 1851 to produce sacramental wine. While this tradition continues today, Sevenhill is also highly regarded for its premium table wines, which are recognised for the regional qualities that have put the Clare Valley on the world stage.
Petersons Wines have been producing quality wines for wine lovers since 1981. Not much has changed since then - except we now produce a larger range of award winning wines.

HUNTER VALLEY
The original planting of ten acres of Semillon was planted at Mount View in 1971 with the intention of supplying the nearby McWilliams Mount Pleasant Winery with grapes.
Over the next few years this was expanded to forty acres and we included other grape varieties: Chardonnay; Viognier; Verdelho, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Back Block Shiraz which is our most famous Hunter Valley wine.
The Hunter Valley is where our only Winemaking facility is located. Chief Winemaker, Gary Reed has been with us since our first Vintage in 1981. Assistant Winemaker, Michael Hudson calls brother to Jamie - our Vineyard Manager in Mudgee. Jamie has been working with us for almost 25 years.
Since our humble beginnings on a hilltop in Mount View we now have two cellar doors in the Hunter Valley. Our original Cellar Door at Mount View is still ever popular with our long standing loyal customers; we are now also conveniently located in the heart of Pokolbin on Broke Road.
MUDGEE
This vineyard of 100 acres is planted to various red varieties: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Durif, Zinfandel, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Chambourcin. This vineyard boasts some of our more famous red styles such as Glenesk, Ian's Selection, Old Block and Block One. Our whites also do well in Mudgee: Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Viognier and we now have Marsanne and Sauvignon Blanc.
Petersons are the first Winery to ever win the Mudgee Wine Show Most Outstanding Wine of Show Trophy with a white wine (2008). We won the same trophy for a red wine in 2007.
ARMIDALE - New England, Australia
Petersons Wines Armidale is located in the South East of Armidale in New England. The vineyard is located on a rich, red brown basalt hill facing to the north east, and is planted with Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir. Our first harvest was in 2002.
As Armidale is a cool climate area, we expect very high fruit quality for many years, weather permitting. After a lot of research into climatic conditions, we do anticipate some problems with vineyard management, but have established a specially designed trellis to avoid frost damage. This should enable us to maximise fruit ripening through increased sunlight exposure within the canopy. In addition, overhead sprinklers offer a back-up in case of severe frosts.
With the beautiful 1911 built Guesthouse in Armidale, you won’t need much more convincing to come and join us for a drink.
HUSK DISTILLERS
Inspired by the diverse and vibrant rum culture of the Caribbean islands and a yearning for fine Australian spirits, distiller Paul Messenger, his family and friends embarked on a journey to create a plantation distillery on their cattle & cane farm, nestled in the green caldera surrounding Mt Warning in Northern NSW.
KURRAJONG DOWNS VINEYARD
Nine kilometres east of Tenterfield (just a 6-minute drive), on the Bruxner Highway to Casino, is “Kurrajong Downs ” vineyard restaurant, a perfect place to visit.
Named after the kurrajong trees on the property, and its origins as part of the original Barney Downs Station, it is a vineyard with cellar door wine tasting and sales.Lynton and Sue Rhodes invite visitors to relax on the viewing deck overlooking the vineyard, and sample their fine wine.
ALLEGIANCE WINES
Born and bred in Ballina, Tim Cox, founder of Allegiance Wines, has worked in the wine industry for over 25 years. Relocating to Alstonville in 2014, Allegiance Wines is continuing to produce premium varietals from key regions. Allegiance Wines is now the Northern Rivers local producer sourcing the best parcels of premium wines from around Australia & New Zealand.
WOOLAWAY WINES
Woolaway wines is Morees first cellar door sales vineyard. A beautiful boutique winery producing premium wines from grapes produced in the New England/North West region of New South Wales.
Woolaway Wines, Moree’s 1st cellar door wine sales vineyard, was founded in 2001 in the Hunter Valley by two school mates who were looking for a new business venture.
In 2005 the decision was made to set up in Moree, due to its high volume of tourist traffic between Melbourne & Brisbane.
Woolaway Wines aim to produce premium quality wines from grapes produced in the New England North West region of New South Wales, while experimenting with grape varieties here in Moree to determine their suitability for the prevailing climate and soil types of the area.
